Always finishing the course  Children are entitled to an education that matches their specific needs and abilities. Your school district is obligated to provide services that address individual deficits and disabilities. Placement in programs must be the least restrictive possible so that children may obtain the full educational experience, including appropriate social contact.
In extreme cases, your district may have to provide a placement to an outside school. Systems are often reluctant to pay the high costs associated with such specialized placements.
